Features of USDB
The features of the USDB include the following items to enable owners to get their prized possessions serviced and detailed on-site without having to move them to another location:
- Size is 31’ wide x 55’ deep and 22’ high under the roof deck with two passage doors and windows above each door plus a 16’ wide x 14’ high retracting garage door providing a fully hurricane-rated space.
- All 2,000 sqft have a sprinkler system and are climate-controlled.
- Premium indirect LED strip lighting mounted on the top side of the bottom cord of the roof trusses which reflects the light off of the underside of matte white roof deck to provide an even light distribution on all surfaces. Lutron Caseta wireless smart dimming switches are used throughout the unit.
- The price includes a speckled pattern epoxy coating of the entry-level floor and the second floor of the mechanical spaces. Owner may select other flooring options at an additional expense.
- Advanced spot-free water filtration system with 620-gallon storage capacity delivered by a high-pressure pump.
- Two JLG 12-foot mast lifts with a safety line for servicing or detailing Motor Coach roofs and equipment in a safe manner.
- Four Stertil-Koni USA column lifts to elevate any Motor Coach or car 70 inches off the floor for service work.
- Two locations where a Quad hose reels assemblies have high-pressure spot-free water, city water at normal pressure, air from a screw compressor, and 120V power cord.
- 50A shore power connections so motor coaches can stay powered while in the USDB.
- Three waste dump locations for Motor Coaches to empty their waste tanks.
- Two ADA-compliant bathrooms and an outside drinking fountain.
- Secure room for the fire management and security system along with its cloud-based video camera recording system.
- The Concierge Property Manager’s office is where he/she will not only manage the property but be available to coordinate repairs, service calls, detailing, and other requests by the owners.
- Six-foot high perimeter security fence with a controlled access gate.
